The Bachelor of Science in Photonic Science and Engineering requires the successful completion of 128 credit hours distributed across the General Education Program, Common Program Prerequisites made up primarily of Calculus and Physics courses, an Electrical Engineering Core, the Photonics Major coursework, and ending with a capstone 2-semester Senior Design. Note that prerequisites apply to all catalog years.

Bachelor's to Master's Approval | Students who wish to take graduate level courses and use those courses for both the Bachelor's and Masters Program. Contains the list of courses that are pre-approved. |
Course Override | Complete to request enrollment into a course for which you cannot currently register. Only one class per form. |
Directed Independent Research | Gain credit for research. Need instructor approval and a syllabus. Can earn 1 credit hour per semester, up to 3 credits total. |
Senior Design I Enrollment Request | Prior to seeking enrollment in Senior Design I, complete the steps on this form and submit to request your permission number. |
Readmission Petition | Readmission Petition to the Bachelor of Science in Photonic Science and Engineering Program. |
