CREOL Announces 2023 Distinguished Alumni of the Year Winner
Franklyn J. Quinlan ’05MS ’08PhD was honored as Distinguished Alumnus of the Year during CREOL’s annual Industrial Affiliates Symposium. He is the leader of the Precision Photonic Synthesis Group in the Time & Frequency Division at the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST).
