The Advance Holography and Laser Research group is pushing the boundaries of the traditional holographic technology and laser design. We develop and record new holographic optical elements that have unique properties with applications ranging from spectroscopy to high-power lasers and from head-up displays to optical isolators. The laser research we do frequently relies on building our own laser systems operating at various spectral regions – from visible to near-IR.
Altogether, the group’s research directions are exciting, fast evolving and at the frontiers of holography and laser physics.
